What Harbor collects

Harbor collects the details you submit in the borrower request form, including state, ZIP code, requested amount, contact details, and income range.

Harbor may save partial progress before final submit so you can finish later. Harbor stores the first-stage request after final consent and stores the second-stage application after you complete the secure application page.

How Harbor uses the request

Harbor uses partials for internal funnel recovery and uses submitted requests to support marketplace review, routing, and follow-up.

Harbor may share completed applications with lending partners, marketplace networks, and service providers involved in reviewing or processing the request.

What Harbor does not promise

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a lender offer, a specific rate, or funding.

Harbor is not a lender or lender of record.
